I write YA about scrappy, resilient black girls. I am a Pitch Wars and Author Mentor Match alum. My Pitch Wars novel, ENVY, won the 2019 SCBWI Emerging Voices award for the YA category. I am a member of the Mid-Atlantic region of SCBWI and the PAL member coordinator for the region.
